green is a colorful, sensitive character who got himself lost when he fell into a waste bin in the caring office in which he had spent his last seven weeks.  They were a strange friendly crowd of people, who seemed to do little conventional work but seemed to have fun looking busy.  He had been left in the office by a thirty something women in a box of miscellaneous ‘stuff’ for a jumble sale.  The women was not sure what was suitable to throw away and had asked for advice.  Green had been salvaged as the only amusing item of any value and had been subsequently moved around the office from desk to desk. He evan got chance to sit on the giant ball that one person used in place of a chair. Strange people!  And then he fell into the bin.  No one noticed, the bin was emptied and he ended up strapped to the front of the bin lorry, along with two blond dolls, three teddy bears and a plastic spiderman.
